Refund policy

Returns-
We want you to be happy with your purchase!
If for some reason you are not, you have 30 days to return your product for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, shipped back in the original packaging for safety.

Refunds-
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Sale items-
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges-
Because of the delicate nature of our products, do our best to ensure safe delivery but will be happy to replace/exchange items if they arrived damaged or broken. Please send us an email at Jennifer@onelastglass.com or send your item to: P.O. Box 31081 Santa Barbara California US 93130 with your return information.

Gifts-
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping-

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
